- Associate of Arts Degree in Human Services One Year of human services experience
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
- Working knowledge of principles of family functioning, child development, and dynamics concerning child abuse
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, peers and other professionals
- Experience working with Native American preschool children and their families
- Knowledge of Head Start Program Performance Standards
- Montana Drivers license, clean driving record and access to vehicle
- Must obtain CPR/First Aid training upon employment
- Must obtain physical and TB test upon employment
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in social work, community service or related field
- Two or more years of human service experience
