Triunity Software is looking for a talented Service Now Developer to join our growing team in Shelby, MT. This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful enterprise solutions, building and optimizing the Service Now platform for clients who depend on it every day. • Design, develop, and implement Service Now applications, modules, and platform enhancements
• Configure and customize Service Now workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop and maintain Service Now integrations using REST, SOAP, and other API technologies
• Perform platform upgrades, patch management, and ongoing system maintenance
• Troubleshoot and resolve Service Now incidents, bugs, and performance issues
• Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions and configurations

• 4+ years of hands-on Service Now development experience
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Glide scripting within the Service Now platform
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, or other Service Now modules
• Familiarity with Service Now Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST/SOAP APIs
• Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
