• Perform vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness of bus interiors, fuel buses, log trip counts and assist disabled passengers.
• Be at work every scheduled day, on time, and in uniform.
• Possess a valid state‑issued driver’s license to be carried with driver, at all times, while on duty.
• Maintain an acceptable DMV record.
• Courteously assist customers by answering any questions they may have; direct the customer to the Facility Manager for further assistance if necessary.
• Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the Facility Manager.
• Communicate debris, water, oil spills, etc. to the garage office.
• Substitute for Cashiers or Valets when necessary, if authorized.
• Have thorough knowledge of all areas of the garage, major streets, landmarks, and freeways in the area of the garage.
• Assist customers with luggage and other travelling items, if applicable (e.g., operating shuttle buses at an airport location).
• Assist Facility Manager with other duties as needed.

• Education/Experience
  
  Required:
  
  Less than high‑school education or one month related experience, training, or an equivalent combination.
• License Requirement:
  Valid state driver’s license, current address, and acceptable DMV record.
• Availability to Work:
  May require work on 3rd shift and/or week‑ends depending on location hiring needs.
• Language
  
  Skills:
  
  Ability to read, comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence; effectively present information in one‑on‑one situations to customers and other employees.
• Mathematical
  
  Skills:
  
  Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide two‑digit numbers with American currency units.
• Appearance:
  Neat and clean appearance, in complete uniform at all times.
• Physical Demands:
  Stand, walk, use hands to handle cash and equipment; occasionally sit, climb, balance, and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Salary Range: $19.00 per hour (+ tips).
