Guest Service Driver – $500 Sign‑On Bonus (Big Sky, MT)

• Sign on Bonus: $500.00 paid out after 30 days based on performance and attendance.
• Position:
  Ski Shuttle Driver.
• Where:
  Big Sky, Montana.
• Rate of Pay: $19.00 per hour (+tips).
• Seasonal Position.
• Basic Function:
  Responsible for the proper and safe operation of shuttle buses and transporting passengers.
• Perform vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness of bus interiors, fuel buses, log trip counts and assist disabled passengers.
• Be at work every scheduled day, on time and in uniform.
• Possess a valid state‑issued driver's license and carry it with you at all times while on duty.
• Maintain an acceptable DMV record.
• Courteously assist customers by answering questions; direct to Facility Manager if necessary.
• Report any known accidents, suspected violations, safety hazards or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
• Communicate debris, water, oil spills, etc. to the garage office.
• Substitute for Cashiers or Valets when authorized.
• Have thorough knowledge of all areas of the garage, major streets, landmarks and freeways around the garage.
• Assist customers with luggage and other traveling items (e.g., operating shuttle buses at an airport).
• Assist Facility Manager with other duties as needed.

Education/Experience

Required:

Less than high school education or one month related experience, training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

License Requirement: Valid state driver’s license, current address and acceptable DMV record.

Availability to Work: Special shift requirements vary; availability for 3rd shift and/or weekends may be required.

Language

Skills:

Ability to read, comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, memos; write simple correspondence; present information in one‑on‑one situations.

Mathematical

Skills:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide two‑digit numbers and handle units of American money.

Appearance: Maintain neat and clean appearance, be in complete uniform at all times.

Physical Demands: Require standing, walking, handling cash and equipment; occasionally sit, climb or balance; may lift/move up to 75 pounds.

Salary Range: $19.00 per hour (+ tips).
