Industrial Cleaners & Warehouse Techs – West Columbia, SC

Pay Range: $15.50 per hour with weekly pay on Fridays.

6:00AM – 5:00PM or 6:00PM – 5:00AM. 4‑day on, 3‑day off shifts and flexible schedules available.

• Housekeeper:
  • Clean flooring, vacuum, sweep, mop, and scrub in industrial/warehouse settings.
  • Sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.
  • Dust and wipe office furniture, baseboards, windows, blinds, etc.
  • Restock supplies and refill dispensers.
  • Empty trash cans and replace liners.
  • Maintain and operate janitorial equipment safely.
  • Use cleaning chemicals properly and label them correctly.
  • Operate specialized equipment as needed.
  • Report irregularities and enforce company and client policies.
  • Perform other assigned duties.
• Warehouse:
  • Collect and dispose of cardboard and other packing materials.
  • Clean flooring and maintain equipment as described in Housekeeper duties.
  • Operate specialized equipment such as augers, balers, and waste compactors.
  • Implement projects to improve business-wide effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Report losses, damage, and enforce policies and procedures.
  • Perform other assigned tasks.

• May require overtime.
• Work may occur indoors or outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Extensive walking or standing (85‑90% of shift).
• Lifting or carrying items generally weighing 50lbs. or less.
• Work may involve stairs, bending, stooping, and reaching.

• Minimum age 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Willingness to undergo a 7‑year background check and drug test.
• Ability to train and follow safety procedures.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
