Warehouse Worker

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time
• Operate RF scanners and basic warehouse technology to track inventory
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Load, unload, and move products using carts, dollies, or pallet jacks
• Meet or exceed productivity, quality, and attendance targets
• Inspect items and packaging for accuracy and damage before shipment
• Coordinate with team members and leads to resolve issues and delays
• Follow standard operating procedures and respond to process changes
• Lift, carry, and move packages throughout shifts, sometimes up to 49 lbs
• Support continuous improvement and report safety or process concerns
