Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the office operates smoothly. - Client Interaction:
Greet clients warmly in person and on the phone, directing their inquiries to the appropriate departments. - Document Management:
Organize, file, and retrieve documents, ensuring confidentiality and security compliance. - Appointment Scheduling:
Coordinate meetings and appointments, keeping a detailed and updated calendar. - Communication:
Act as the liaison between clients and insurance agents, ensuring effective and timely communication. - Administrative Assistance:
Provide direct support to insurance agents, assisting with policy documentation and follow-ups.
- Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred. - Experience:
Prior administrative or office management experience, preferably within the insurance industry. - Organizational
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with an eye for detail. - Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment such as printers and fax machines. - Customer Service: A positive attitude and customer-oriented approach to assist clients and colleagues.
