Responsibilities
  • Office Support:
    Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the office operates smoothly.
  • Client Interaction:
    Greet clients warmly in person and on the phone, directing their inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Document Management:
    Organize, file, and retrieve documents, ensuring confidentiality and security compliance.
  • Appointment Scheduling:
    Coordinate meetings and appointments, keeping a detailed and updated calendar.
  • Communication:
    Act as the liaison between clients and insurance agents, ensuring effective and timely communication.
  • Administrative Assistance:
    Provide direct support to insurance agents, assisting with policy documentation and follow-ups.
Requirements
  • Education:

    High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
  • Experience:

    Prior administrative or office management experience, preferably within the insurance industry.
  • Organizational

    Skills:

    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with an eye for detail.
  • Communication:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tech-Savvy:
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment such as printers and fax machines.
