The YMCA of Montclair is seeking a 7th Grade Initiative Staff member for the Montclair, NJ after-school program. You will lead activities, supervise participants, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for teens.
Under the Teen Director, you will implement programs, check in/out participants, promote inclusivity, and communicate with parents as needed. The role is part-time, with afternoon hours and a focus on youth development and well-being.
