Member Services Specialist

Key Responsibilities- Processing cash deposits,withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, check cashing and account maintenance
- Provide accurate product/service information and suggest appropriate IFCU solutions
- Open new accounts and pursue needs-based opportunities
- Maintain service standards, adaptable, multitasker, complete assigned duties and support the branch tea
- Bilingual (English + another language) preferred
- Strong customer service and cash handling skills
- Basic math, knowledge of debit/credit, familiarity with 10-key
- Experience in banking/financial services and sales/relationship management
