_Our client, a leading manufacturer of high-quality personal care products, is seeking a_  
** _Microbiology Lab Technician_
** _to join their team in Montclair, CA._

** Pay:**  $20-25/hr.

** Shift:*
* + 1st

Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:30 AM start time

+ 2nd

Shift: Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM start time(Start times may fluctuate)

* Job Duties:

* + Collect samples throughout the manufacturing floor

+ Prepare samples for microbiological testing

+ Accurately label specimens and distribute them to the appropriate department

+ Clean and maintain the work area, lab equipment, and supplies

+ Perform quality control duties as directed by the Laboratory Manager

+ Understand, follow, and monitor all GMP and safety requirements and procedures in the work environment

+ Support other areas of QC as needed

Qualifications:

* + Bachelor's degree preferred, or High School Diploma/GED required with 0-2 years of experience

+ Laboratory experience required

+ Knowledge of microbiology techniques

+ Ability to understand complex instructions

+ Strong organizational and time management skills
