The Flex Sales Associate supports store operations and delivers world‑class customer experiences.

• Work a schedule that varies with business needs – including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times.

• Demonstrate a results‑oriented selling style.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills with a sense of care.
• Charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels of the organization.
• Be at least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Embrace a flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; capable of standing for extended periods, lifting 50+ pounds, and arriving to work on time.
• Work between 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week during peak seasons.
• Provide reliable support and step in during high‑traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.

$16.90 – $18.25 per hour, commensurate with experience.
