We are seeking a Wholesale Sales Manager to scale our branded finished products through U.S. wholesale and channel partners. Our products include supplement powders, vegetable powders, gummies, and capsules. We are a proven Amazon and Tik Tok Shop top seller with validated product-market traction.
Wholesale Sales Manager Salary and Benefits- Base Salary: $70,000–$80,000 per year (DOE).
- Commission: 2% uncapped commission on sales.
- Health Insurance:

- 3–5 years of wholesale/channel sales experience (CPG/supplements/food/beauty preferred).
- Proven distributor/retail sales record of $1M+ annual revenue (or comparable quota attainment).
- Strong closing ability and negotiation skills; consistent results orientation.
- Strong communication and relationship-building; able to work cross-functionally.
- Strong organization and follow-through; CRM + Excel/Sheets proficiency.
- Personality / Work style: success‑driven, easy to communicate, team player, strong sales skills.
Wholesale Sales Manager key Responsibilities
- Acquire new wholesale/channel accounts and grow existing partners.
- Products: supplement powder, vegetable powder, gummies, capsules (best sellers on Amazon & Tik Tok Shop).
- Target customers/channels: distributors, wholesalers, specialty retail, regional chains, and supermarkets.
- Drive full sales cycle: targeting, outreach, pitch, terms negotiation, PO close, reorder expansion.
- Manage key accounts: promotions, assortment expansion, quarterly planning, and relationship building.
- Maintain pipeline and forecast accuracy; weekly updates and CRM hygiene.
- Coordinate internally with Marketing/Operations for launches, inventory readiness, and fulfillment.
