Youth Soccer Coach in Piedmont and Montclair

Soccer Shots is seeking a passionate part-time Youth Soccer Coach to serve children ages 2–8. You’ll laugh, break a sweat, and end the day knowing you made a difference. It may be tough, but coaching our kids will be one of the most rewarding things you ever do.

Locations:
Piedmont and Montclair.

Local candidates only. No work status or visa sponsorship available.

• Part‑time or full‑time.
• Hours M–F, 8:30 am–5:30 pm;
  Sat/Sun 9 am–1 pm.
• Must be available one day out of the weekend.
• Flexibility – we schedule sessions closest to you, with opportunities to change availability season to season.
• Mondays–Fridays: mornings, afternoons, evenings optional.
• Saturdays: mornings required.
• Full ten‑week commitment required for lead role.

• Competitive Base Pay
  • Training rate $22 / hour
  • After training $25 / hour (incl admin/setup/breakdown)
  • Pay can be up to $35 / hour through advancement
