Job Title: 1st Shift - Warehouse Associate

Location: Montclair, CA 91763

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our team! This position requires flexibility and involves stocking merchandise, assembling shelves, packing orders, and assisting with inventory control in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Pack merchandise carefully to prevent damage during shipment.
• Label packages and prepare customer orders for shipping.
• Receive, sort, and stock incoming merchandise.
• Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
• Assemble shelving and organize warehouse inventory.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, stocking, order fulfillment, or inventory experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions in English.
• Basic computer skills and RF scanner experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Frequently use hands for handling merchandise and small items.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive movements throughout the workday.

Must be able to work the full scheduled shift.
