We pride ourselves on delivering standout creative backed by efficient production, and we’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to help keep projects moving smoothly from start to finish.
Role Overview :As a Junior Project Manager, you’ll support the day-to-day coordination of creative, packaging, and production projects. You’ll help manage timelines, client communication, internal tasks, approvals, and project logistics, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and every project stays organized, on schedule, and moving forward.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Coordination: Help manage daily, weekly, and monthly project schedules, priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Task Management: Assign, track, and follow up on internal tasks to ensure designers, production staff, vendors, and other team members have the information they need.
- Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients, managing emails, feedback, approvals, updates, and follow-ups professionally.
- Timeline Management: Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and communicate changes or scheduling conflicts to the appropriate team members.
- Production Support: Coordinate artwork approvals, samples, materials, vendor communication, and production requirements for packaging and branded products.
- Quality Control: Review project details, files, specifications, and deliverables for accuracy before they move into production or are presented to clients.
- Administrative Support: Organize project files, update reports, prepare meeting notes, and maintain accurate project information across internal systems.
- Meetings & Presentations: Help coordinate client meetings, creative presentations, production reviews, and internal project check-ins.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Great communicator (both written and verbal)
- Resourceful and proactive problem-solver
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting priorities
- Able to follow projects through from initial request to final delivery
- Tech-savvy with working knowledge of Google Meet and other Google Workspace programs
- Reliable, professional, and comfortable communicating with clients and vendors
- Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced creative and production environment
- Prior experience in project coordination, account management, or administrative support
- Experience supporting creatives, agencies, manufacturers, or entrepreneurs
- Interest in design, branding, packaging, or print production
- Familiarity with task and project management tools such as
- Basic understanding of creative workflows, print production, or packaging development
