As a Customer Service Representative with Ronald Demyers – State Farm Agent, you will create exceptional customer experiences that support the growth of our agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people will be key to your success. You will resolve customer inquiries, coordinate with other team members, and anticipate the needs of community members you serve.

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $35,000.00 – $42,000.00 per year
