A community-focused organization in Montclair, NJ is seeking an Early Childhood Assistant Teacher to support the classroom teacher and create a positive environment for children. Responsibilities include assisting in educational activities, ensuring health and safety standards, and taking charge of groups during play. Candidates need to be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma with relevant experience, and complete a CDA program within their first year.

CPR and First Aid certifications are also required.
