After-School DSP Mentor: Empower Youth with Disabilities

Hopes Promise Respite LLC is seeking a Part Time Year Round After School Program Mentor to support participants with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Montclair, New Jersey. As a Direct Support Professional, the individual will help children achieve their personal goals, promote dignity, and engage in meaningful activities. Responsibilities include building relationships, assisting with homework, and ensuring safety. The role requires a compassionate individual with experience in the field and at least a high school diploma.

Part-time shifts are available 2 to 3 days a week.
