Do you love working with kids and have afternoon availability? The Montclair Community Pre-k has openings for Extended Care Teachers for the school year (start date August 24th) from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm Monday
- Friday.
The Extended Care program includes outdoor recess time, fun planned activities, snacktime, and enrichment activities. The Extended Care Teacher is responsible for planning and implementing daily activities, reading books to the group, supervising outdoor time, preparing and cleaning up from snack and communicating with families at pick-up. If you have experience as a camp counselor, aftercare teacher, daycare teacher, and/or babysitter and have a high school diploma, we hope you will apply to join our school!
To apply for this position you must be available Monday
- Friday from 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM. This is a 20 hours per week position at $18-20 per hour, depending upon experience and education, with the potential for additional substitute hours.
