Bilingual Teacher Assistant (Spanish–English

Chocolingua Academy is seeking responsible and enthusiastic Bilingual Teacher Assistants (Spanish–English) to support our in-person language programs for children. This hourly position is ideal for high school and college students interested in education, childcare, or bilingual learning.

As a Teacher Assistant, you will work closely with lead instructors to help create a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment for students. Experience working with children is a plus.

High school and college students are encouraged to apply. Applicants under 18 must have a valid work permit and/or parental consent.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively assist instructors during in-person Spanish–English classes for toddlers, children, and teens
• Support classroom activities, small-group work, and student supervision
• Prepare and organize classroom materials
• Assist during family events, programs, or community meetups
• Support with worksheets or instructional materials (as needed)

Requirements

• Advanced or native proficiency in Spanish and English
• proactive, positive, responsible, and team-oriented attitude
• Availability on Saturdays is required
