The YMCA of Montclair is seeking an Early Childhood Assistant Teacher to support the classroom teacher and help create a safe, engaging environment for children. Under supervision, you will assist instructional tasks, supervise activities, prepare materials, and reinforce positive behavior while upholding the YMCA's core values.
Responsibilities include greeting families, supervising play, assisting with lessons and meals, and helping with records and classroom organization.
