** Job Description
** Montclair State University’s Feliciano School of Business is seeking an Enrollment Coordinator (Per Diem) to support graduate business programs, including MBA, Analytics and Accounting Programs. The coordinator will work closely with the Graduate Admissions office to provide critical support across student onboarding, enrollment management and retention. The ideal candidate is organized, detail- and data-oriented, and enjoys working with prospective and admitted students.
The outline below highlights primary duties; additional responsibilities may be assigned.
**** Key Responsibilities****###
**** Student Support and Advice
***** Provide guidance on program sequencing, course options, and scheduling logistics for prospective and newly admitted students.
* Advise prospective 4+1 students to discuss program eligibility and options
* Manage and update 4+1 programs pipeline documents to onboard students
**** Information Sessions & Event Management
***** Plan, schedule, and present content during in-person and virtual information sessions.
* Track attendance, follow-up with participants, and assist with conversion to enrollment.
* Support recruitment events, executive speaker series, and new student orientations.
**** Student Onboarding & Registration Support
***** Assist newly admitted students through orientation and first-semester registration.
* Code students appropriately in student systems and coordinate with advisors and the registrar to resolve registration issues.
**** Enrollment Monitoring & Reporting
***** Monitor new student course enrollments
* Present program enrollment outlook reports and analyze data
* Assist with classroom space planning and course capacity management
* Generate combined bachelor’s to master’s (4 +1) student reports and monitor and communicate with students in the pipeline
**** Student Engagement & Retention Support
***** Support student progress and retention in programs through proactive outreach, communication, and retention initiatives.
* Collaborate with faculty, advisors, and staff to connect students with appropriate resources and support services.
**** Minimum Qualifications
***** Bachelor’s Degree
* One year of experience in higher education, student services, recruitment, or advising
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities independently
* Familiarity with student information systems and CRM tools preferred
* Professional demeanor and ability to interact with students, faculty, and staff
* Up to 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday. Flexibility will be required for occasional evening or weekend events.
