Chase - 19 North Fullerton Avenue - Responsibilities:
Greet clients and manage lobby flow using a tablet, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule/cancel client meetings;
Open new accounts and provide account servicing/maintenance while complying with all policies and regulatory requirements;
Educate clients on day-to-day banking and the use of Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs;
Build trusted relationships with clients and collaborate with branch team to meet financial goals;
Perform branch operations including handling cash devices such as cash vaults and ATMs in compliance with bank policies
