Summary:
Performs a variety of field and office duties to ensure compliance with municipal housing, zoning, property maintenance, and related ordinances. Responsibilities include conducting inspections of residential/commercial properties, investigating complaints, identifying and documenting code violations, assisting in the elimination of blight/substandard housing conditions, preparing inspection reports, maintaining accurate records, and performing related duties as assigned. Work is performed under the general direction of the Department Head or designee, who reviews work for compliance with departmental policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
Part-time Rate: $27.87 - $39.46 per hour. Closing Date:
