Mid-shifts and Evenings, Weekends & Holidays

Must Have: 2 Years Driver's License

• Develop and train valets to ensure job expectations are met
• Review and approve work schedules to ensure adequate coverage while minimizing expenses
• Develop and maintain excellent client relations and attend client meetings
• Handle customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues
• Manage employee work hour reports and submit payroll
• Oversee the customer service program to ensure customer satisfaction
• Develop budgets and monitor financials to meet business goals
• Review and evaluate audits to ensure integrity of revenue control
• Ensure compliance with company and client policies and procedures
• Complete required reports

• Propark Mobility is hiring a Valet Supervisor for a full-time opportunity to start immediately

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years
• Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items up to 50 lbs if needed
• Excellent written and spoken communication, with a friendly, professional approach
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues positively
• Motivated, willing to take on new challenges, with experience in Customer Service or Hospitality
• Organized, honest and thoughtful; reliable and dependable
• Self-sufficient, resourceful, collaborative and decisive
• Sees challenges as opportunities and seeks growth
• Flexible schedule; willingness to work weekends and holidays
• Strong conversational skills
• Desire to develop professionally and take on additional responsibilities

• Valet parking: 2 years+
• Customer service: 1 year+
• Supervision experience: 1 year+
• Free parking while on shift at your assigned Propark location
