Job Description:

The Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating purchase orders, process customer orders, track inbound shipments, help maintain inventory levels, resolve shipping delays, shortages and inventory discrepancies. The role will also require critical thinking to enable continuous improvement in processes and efficiencies.

• Track inbound shipments and delivery schedules
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records
• Work with warehouses and logistics providers to ensure timely shipments
• Process customer orders and coordinate fulfillment schedules
• Assist with shipping delays, shortages, or inventory discrepancies
• Maintain supply chain data in ERP or inventory systems
• Prepare reports on inventory, lead times, freight costs, and service levels
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve efficiency

• Data analysis and reporting
• Negotiation skills
• Time management under deadlines

• College degree, Business, Logistics, or related field preferred
• Some experience with supply chain, logistics, procurement, or operations
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, One Note, etc)
• Strong communication and vendor management skills
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
• Knowledge of import/export processes is a plus
