Marketing Specialist

Job Haines at Home is seeking a motivated, outgoing, and creative Marketing Specialist to help grow our home health care agency and strengthen our relationships within the community.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase agency visibility and referrals
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior communities, physicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals
• Identify and develop new referral sources
• Represent Job Haines at Home at community events, health fairs, networking events, and senior-focused programs
• Coordinate and participate in agency-sponsored events and outreach activities
• Promote our home health care services and educate community partners about the care we provide
• Maintain a strong community presence through networking and relationship building
• Assist with social media, promotional materials, and other marketing initiatives
• Track outreach activities, referrals, and marketing results
