Montclair Public Schools is seeking qualified Substitute School Nurses to provide coverage on an as‑needed basis throughout the district. Substitute nurses may be assigned to cover nurse absences, support students during field trips, and assist with health office responsibilities in a variety of school settings district-wide.
QualificationsQualified candidates must hold a valid New Jersey Substitute School Nurse Certificate
. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required, along with the ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, and families in a school environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking flexible, day‑to‑day assignments in a supportive educational setting. The district is also available to provide guidance regarding the process for obtaining a New Jersey Substitute School Nurse Certificate.
No Benefits are included in this Per Diem Substitute position.
Rate: $250 per day
