JVS of Metrowest in Montclair, NJ seeks a Production and Quality Control Supervisor to ensure training and production meet quality and compliance standards. This role reports to the Production Manager and supports vocational rehabilitation programs.
Key duties include collaborating with the production team and external customers to address quality concerns, developing QC procedures, performing inspections, identifying defects and recommending corrective actions.
