Operations Management
Jones Road Beauty was founded by makeup artist Bobbi Brown on the philosophy that the world doesn’t need more beauty products. It needs better beauty products. Clean, strategic, high-grade formulations that work on every skin type and tone—and that are as simple to use as they are to master. Jones Road is a lifetime of beauty knowledge, distilled.
About the role
The Retail Project Manager is a driving force behind the growth of our retail business. This role owns the end-to-end execution of new store openings—and, just as importantly, keeps the existing fleet moving forward by project managing new product launches, visual merchandising updates, and operational initiatives across every door.
As we scale, this role builds the infrastructure that scale requires: the playbooks, policies, systems, and processes that make each opening faster than the last and each fleet-wide rollout land consistently in every store. The Retail Project Manager partners closely with Store Leadership, Visual, Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Finance, and reports to the Director of Retail Operations.

- Facilitate weekly cross-functional touch-base calls and maintain project trackers.
- Monitor progress, identify risks or delays, and escalate issues to the Director of Retail Operations with proposed solutions.
- Support in coordinating new store rollouts, including sourcing of materials, products, and supplies, ensuring stores have the resources needed to meet project demands.
- Assist in coordinating logistics between vendors to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain detailed records of project plans, contracts, change orders, and final project deliverables.

- Project manage new product launches across the existing fleet—building launch timelines, coordinating visual assets and product delivery, and ensuring every store is set and sell-ready on launch day.
- Partner with the creative team to plan and execute seasonal and launch-driven visual merchandising updates, translating creative direction into clear, executable store-level guidance.
- Manage vendors and coordinate the sourcing, production, and distribution of props, signage, testers, collateral, and supplies for fleet-wide moments.
- Build and distribute VM guides, planograms, launch kits, and execution checklists tailored to each store’s footprint.
- Track execution across doors through photo submissions, compliance checks, and store visits; follow up on gaps and share results with retail leadership.
- Serve as a central point of communication between the field and HQ, ensuring stores receive clear, consolidated direction rather than competing asks.
Operational Management
- Implement and optimize store operations processes, policies, and procedures, ensuring they are scalable and consistent across all locations.

- Support in managing the retail budget, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Maintain organized project documentation, including playbooks, templates, vendor lists, and shared folders.
