The NOW Massage Sales Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while driving membership, enhancement, retail, and gift card sales. This position also ensures the smooth daily operation of the boutique by managing appointments, maintaining the front desk, supporting the team, and creating a welcoming luxury environment for every guest.

• Convert first-time guests into loyal monthly members
• Educate guests on the value of membership and confidently ask for the sale
• Meet and exceed monthly membership sales goals
• Recommend enhancements and retail products based on each guest's needs
• Increase retail sales through personalized recommendations
• Actively promote memberships, enhancements, gift cards, and retail products
• Help guests maximize the value of every visit

• Deliver five-star hospitality from the moment guests arrive
• Warmly greet, check in, and assist every guest
• Build lasting guest relationships that encourage repeat visits
• Personalize each guest's experience by recommending services and enhancements
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and confidence
• Serve as a knowledgeable ambassador for The NOW Massage brand

• Answer phones and respond promptly to guest inquiries
• Accurately book, modify, confirm, and cancel appointments
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest records
• Open and close the boutique according to company standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Ensure all guest-facing areas are consistently clean, sanitized, and maintained to The NOW brand standards.
• Support the daily operational flow of the boutique

• Foster a positive, professional, and supportive work environment
• Collaborate with leadership to improve operations and guest satisfaction
• Assist with shift coverage & training when needed
• Support teammates and contribute to the overall success of the boutique

• Previous sales experience required
• Proven ability to meet or exceed monthly sales goals
• Spa, hospitality, luxury retail, or wellness front desk experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication, active listening, and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to multitask while remaining organized in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to cover shifts when necessary
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset

• Ability to bend, stoop, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods throughout the workday
