Ace Handyman Services Montclair is seeking a high-level skilled handyman who takes pride in quality workmanship, professionalism, and customer service. We are a structured, organized operation built on exact appointment times, respect, and five-star standards. • Finish carpentry and trim work
• Door installation and adjustments
• Drywall repairs
• Interior painting
• Tile repair and installation
• Light plumbing repairs
• Light electrical work
• General home maintenance and repair

You will work directly with homeowners and represent our brand. Professionalism and attention to detail matter.

• 5+ years of residential repair or carpentry experience
• Strong finish carpentry skills
• Ability to perform light plumbing and electrical
• Strong problem‑solving ability
• Highly organized and punctual
• Self‑driven — no babysitting required
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Own professional‑grade tools
• Own reliable vehicle in clean, presentable condition
• Ability to pass background check

You must be articulate and professional when speaking with customers, clearly explain scope of work, pricing, and project details, and document job notes accurately. Strong communication skills are required for future leadership opportunities.
