Experienced Master Craftsman / Handyman

Ace Handyman Services Montclair is looking for a highly experienced, well-rounded craftsman who takes real pride in their work, knows how to communicate with customers, and wants to be part of a company that genuinely values skilled tradespeople.

$35–$45+ per hour, based on experience and performance, including incentive opportunities. Plus:

We're not looking for someone who merely knows how to use tools. We're looking for a professional craftsman who can walk into a customer's home, understand the problem, communicate confidently, and deliver work they're proud to put their name on. You should have strong, hands-on experience across several areas such as:

• Carpentry and finish carpentry
• Drywall installation and repair
• Doors and trim
• Cabinetry and shelving
• Painting and finishing
• Tile and general home repairs
• Punch-list and maintenance work
• Troubleshooting and problem solving
