Accounts Payable Manager

We’re looking for an AP Manager to lead a busy accounts payable team, ensure timely and accurate payments, and work hand‑in‑hand with the Controller to keep our communities supported.

On‑Site | Montebello, CA

• Manage the daily AP workflow: assign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure deadlines are met
• Train and support AP staff on policies, procedures, and best practices
• Oversee vendor payments, expense reports, and timely treasury submissions with precise record‑keeping
• Review the AP register for accuracy, perform monthly reconciliations, and audit check requests for proper approvals
• Partner with the Controller on reports, analyses, and recommendations to improve AP performance
• Maintain strict confidentiality across all financial and personnel matters

• Must have: 3+ years of accounts payable management experience
• Must have:
  Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Must have:
  Proven ability to lead a team and deliver accurate, on‑time payments in a fast‑paced setting
• Nice to have:
  Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field
