Accounting Staff / Bookkeeper

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Accounting Clerk to support our accounting team. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures, along with strong organizational and communication skills.

• Process accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P)
• Review reports and financial records for accuracy
• Provide general accounting and clerical support as needed
• Assist with other accounting-related duties assigned by management.
• Provide backup support to the inventory and shipping departments as needed.

• 2–4+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting and bookkeeping principles and procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Quick Books
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Team-oriented with a customer-service mindset
• High level of integrity, trustworthiness, and confidentiality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college students with relevant experience are encouraged to apply

• Monday through Friday
• Typical hours: 7:30AM–4:00 PM

• $20.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience
