Job RequirementsYou must be 18 years of age or older.
General Job Duties for All Store Team Members:
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
- Training, orientation and training provided on the job.
- Communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
- Perform accurate math and make correct monetary change.
- Use keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
- Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks.
- In‑store temperatures ranging from 36°F in cooler to 90°F and above in some work areas.
- Exposure to cornmeal dust, fumes from food odor, cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.
- Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher.
- Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
