Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to customers, including responding to inquiries via phone and in person.
Responsibilities- Communicate with customers to identify needs and provide solutions via phone, email, and in-person.
- Answer multiple phone lines and process insurance payments.
- Process requests and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor and support on-time delivery, driving freight potential and growth.
- Strong computer, typing, and 10-key skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent people skills and ability to learn quickly.
- Available to work diverse shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Position Type:
Full-time / Remote or Onsite (Downey, CA)
Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 hourly (depending on experience) or $45,000 - $65,000 yearly.
