• Welcome and assist players with check‑in and reservations, ensuring they have all the information needed to start their Topgolf experience.
• Provide detailed information about the venue, gameplay, and current promotions to help players maximize their visit.
• Assist with golf clubs and equipment, ensuring players have the appropriate gear.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting venue: tidy retail area and offer guidance and recommendations.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards, keeping guest services clean and compliant.

• Lift and move items up to 50 lbs., including carrying golf bags with clubs across multiple floor levels.
• Comfortable with bending, stooping, and carrying; ability to stand for most of the shift.
• Engaged in a variety of physical activities during a high‑volume work environment.
