Senior Financial Analyst

$105,000 – $115,000 per year

New Gen Administrative Services partners with skilled nursing facilities to deliver compassionate, person‑centered care. We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who doesn’t just build reports—you’ll sit across from facility leaders, walk them through the numbers, and provide the guidance they need to make smarter operational decisions.
Responsibilities- Serve as a trusted business partner to facility and operations leaders, leading financial review meetings and translating data into clear, actionable advice
- Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets for multi‑facility operations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with deep variance analysis—and present findings directly to stakeholders
- Analyze key operational drivers (census, payer mix, labor costs, reimbursement trends) and coach facility teams on insights that improve performance
- Partner with the FP&A team to support month‑end close, audits, and ad‑hoc strategic projects, always with a customer‑service mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5–8+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience, including multi‑facility support
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Proven ability to present financial information to non‑financial audiences and act as a consultative business partner
- Sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Healthcare experience (SNF or long‑term care strongly preferred)
- Power BI, Tableau, or similar dashboarding experience
- Familiarity with healthcare data systems and ERP platforms
