Sr. Director of Finance

Rapidly growing Senior Living company seeks Sr. Director of Finance to join their team. Ideal candidate has heavy experience with aquisition integration. This role is hybrid 4 days a week on site at their Montebello location.

Sr. Director of Finance Duties:

• Lead financial due diligence for acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships—building underwriting models, valuation analyses, and integration plans.
• Oversee FP&A functions: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, KPI reporting, and long‑range planning that guide enterprise decision‑making
• Drive post‑acquisition integration and transition management, ensuring new entities are fully supported and financially aligned.
• Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership on capital allocation, operational performance, and infrastructure scalability.
• Develop scalable financial controls, reporting processes, and dashboards to support a growing, multi‑entity organization.

Sr. Director of Finance Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of financial leadership experience, with at least 3 years focused on M&A, transaction advisory, or healthcare acquisitions.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills; deep understanding of cash flow, debt compliance, and covenant reporting.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to present to executive teams and ownership groups.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in skilled nursing, assisted living, or post‑acute care operations.
• Background in managing multi‑site healthcare portfolios and working with lenders on financing transactions.

Sr. Director of Finance Compensation

• Base salary of $175-200k
