- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical failures on production and facility equipment, including gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, presses, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Perform precision mechanical work such as shaft alignment, bearing installation, balancing, and tolerance-critical repairs
- Lead major equipment overhauls, shutdowns, scheduled maintenance, and emergency repairs
- Conduct root cause analysis on recurring equipment failures and implement corrective actions
- Develop, revise, and improve preventive and predictive maintenance procedures
- Accurately document work orders, repairs, and maintenance activities in the CMMS
- Repair and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Perform welding and basic fabrication as applicable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs, with frequent repetitive lifting, bending, reaching, and hand movements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience with grinding, finishing, or manufacturing equipment is a plus, but not required
- Minimum of 5-8 years of industrial mechanical maintenance experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
PAY RATE: $26.00 per hour
The pay rate ranges from $26.00-$85.00
SCHEDULE:
1st shift 7:00 AM-3:30 pm (OT available & mandatory Saturday 6:00 am- 12:00 PM)
