The Senior Production Coordinator is responsible for managing the end-to-end production process of Liverpool styles, once receiving the bulk production and shipment. This role works closely with cross-functional teams—including Design, Technical Design, Marketing & Sales, Sourcing, Vendors, and Logistics—to ensure on-time delivery, quality compliance, and cost control while meeting company standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily communication with overseas factories regarding production status, timelines, and issues
  • Manage POs, WIPs, TNAs, and IHDs in internal systems.
  • Track fabric and trim readiness, including shortages, replenishments, and liabilities
  • Monitor sample progress (fit, wash, PP, TOP) and follow up on approvals and comments
  • Identify and mitigate production risks, including wash failures, quality issues, and delivery delays
  • Coordinate inspections, chargebacks, and corrective actions as needed
  • Ensure compliance with fabric and wash standards, specifications, and customer requirements
  • Partner with logistics teams on shipment modes (air/sea), consolidations, and ETD/ETA updates
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including buysheets, reports, and production records
  • Support cross-functional teams with timely updates and proactive problem-solving throughout the production cycle
  • Inspect TOPs and bulk production upon receipt for trims, labels, wash quality, and workmanship; collaborate with the Tech team to verify measurements and specifications
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a data integrity, data analysis, or quality assurance role.
  • Familiarity with the apparel industry and its specific data types (e.g., product information, inventory, sales, customer data) is highly recommended.
  • ERP Knowledge - The role will require knowledge and understanding of essential ERP’s and systems (A2000, PLM, Nu Order, Inspectorio, etc).
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to identify and resolve data quality issues.
