Maintenance Technician
Join our team as a Maintenance Technician, where you will be responsible for preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems. This role involves working with PLCs and ensuring efficient operation of production line equipment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct preventative maintenance on production line equipment, including automated case packers, palletizers, labelers, hot fill, and blow mold machines.
- Perform expert level root cause analysis and implement preventative maintenance strategies.
- Utilize the maintenance management system by entering completed work orders and updating parts and materials inventories.
- Follow company safety procedures and adhere to state and federal occupational safety regulations, including lock out tag out, PPE, machine guarding, and hot work.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by performing housekeeping and complying with GMPs, SQF, HACCP, LOTO, and general workplace safety standards.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, legible, and organized.
- Follow good manufacturing practices to ensure food safety and quality are maintained.
- Participate in ongoing training related to job duties, safety, equipment operation, and product handling.
- Perform other duties as directed by management.
Essential Skills
- Experience in electrical troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance and mechanical systems.
- Experience with PLC systems.
- Ability to repair and conduct preventative maintenance on production line equipment.
- Proficiency in root cause analysis.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in maintenance operations on beverage packaging lines.
- Knowledge of operating beverage processing and packaging equipment, such as blow molds, filling equipment, pasteurizers, labeling equipment, packaging equipment, film wrappers, automated palletizers, depalletizers, and conveyors.

Work Environment
Our facility operates on a rotating shift schedule, with three shifts available: 1st shift from 3 am to 11:30 am, 2nd shift from 11 am to 7:30 pm, and 3rd shift from 7 pm to 3:30 am. Expect to work 10-20 hours of overtime per week, including weekends. The work takes place in a warehouse environment.

Pay and Benefits
