About PATH PATH is on a mission to create a sustainable future by becoming the go-to bottled water brand that helps break the addiction to single-use plastic. As global consumer demand for sustainable and reusable packaging continues to grow, PATH is leading the way with innovative solutions that make a difference.
About The Role PATH is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to lead and operationalize our marketing function as we scale our brand and impact as a global sustainability leader in CPG. This is a hands-on, execution-driven leadership role for a builder who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and knows how to turn strategy into action. Reporting to the CMO, the VP of Marketing will be responsible for running the marketing department end-to-end — ensuring flawless execution across brand, product marketing, digital, retail, PR, partnerships, and consumer engagement — while building the people, processes, and systems required for scale.
This role frees the CMO to focus on long-term vision and brand stewardship, while ensuring marketing delivers consistently, on time, on brand, and with measurable impact. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, roll up your sleeves when needed, and set a high bar for creative excellence, accountability, and operational rigor — all while cultivating a culture that reflects PATH’s purpose-driven, optimistic, and impact-focused identity.
Why PATH? PATH offers competitive benefits for all full-time team members, including:
- 401k with a 6% employer match
- Flexible Time Off policy
- 12 company holidays + year-end company shutdown
- Communications and wellness stipends
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Long-term and short-term disability insurance
