RN MedSurg Hr, Night Shift

Adventist Health White Memorial Montebello located in Montebello, CA is a 192‑bed hospital offering comprehensive healthcare services. The position is located within this facility.

Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff and collaborates with other disciplines to promote safe, healing, humane care.

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN):
  Preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice:
  Required
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS, HS-BLS, or RQIBLS) certification from an approved vendor:
  Preferred

• Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS):
  Required

• Basic Life Support (BLS, HS-BLS, or RQIBLS) certification:
  Required

• Collect relevant data, analyze assessment, develop, implement and evaluate care plans to achieve outcomes.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide safe and humane care, offer learning opportunities, and provide health information.
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
• Delegate appropriately and coordinate duties of healthcare team members.
• Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.
