Los Angeles County Nephrology Associates, part of the Panoramic Health network, is seeking a compassionate and motivated bilingual (Spanish‑speaking) Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing nephrology team in Los Angeles County. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced providers who want to build a long‑term career in specialty medicine. Our team provides mentorship, collaborative physician support, and hands‑on training in nephrology and chronic kidney disease management.

- Competitive compensation: $130,000–$140,000 base salary

- Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and patient education skills

The Role
This provider will work closely with nephrologists and interdisciplinary care teams to evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with chronic kidney disease, hypertension, dialysis needs, and related medical conditions.
Responsibilities- Conducting patient assessments and physical examinations
- Developing treatment plans
- Managing medications and chronic conditions
- Documenting care accurately within the EMR
- Educating patients and families on treatment plans and disease management
