Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a RQC Technician to monitor critical quality attributes of finished products and ingredients across bakeries. You will record and report analysis results, inspections and scores in a timely manner, while ensuring compliance with the Operative Manual.
The role supports the Quality Systems Team, with responsibilities spanning sample collection, analysis, documentation and communication of corrective actions. 2–3 years QA in food manufacturing preferred;
