• Delegate, train, and monitor the progress of all associates and all facets of the hardware store
• Maintain highest level of customer service
• Lead strong operational processes that drive profitability and minimize shrink
• Manage the sales, expenses, profits, assets, and team members' personal development to ensure customers are receiving the highest level of customer service.
• Collaborate and work to support Company growth, process improvement and customer experience
• Provide world class customer experience
• Bring innovative ideas to increase store traffic, sales and merchandising
• Strong ability to stay flexible to shifting priorities
• Lead by example by showcasing professional behavior and high performance

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum 2 years of previous retail management experience
• Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently, and to stand and walk for up to 8 hours during shift
