What You’ll Be Doing- Chat with customers and help them find the perfect phone or plan
- Set up new devices, transfer data, and fix basic issues
- Stay in the loop on the latest phones and features
- Work with a fun, motivated team to hit goals and celebrate wins
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a must
- Friendly, outgoing, and great with people
- Into tech (you don’t have to be an expert—we’ll train you!)
- Sales or customer service experience is a bonus
- Reliable and ready to learn
