Retail Associate/ Customer Service, Retail Sales
As a Sales Associate at Carter’s, you will be the first point of contact for families with children and will provide exceptional customer service and assistance.
What You’ll Do:- Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
- Confidently and proactively resolve customer issues while balancing a busy retail environment.
- Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel options to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Execute and expedite point‑of‑sale/register transactions.
- Complete floor replenishment and shipment tasks as needed.
- Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers.
- Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
- A positive and solutions‑oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated customer service and engagement skills.
- Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Physical capability to lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
- Capability to stand or walk for extended periods and climb ladders as required.

Compensation for this position ranges from $17.00 to $19.25 per hour based on experience and location.
